GREYS ASCENDANT
GREYS ASCENDANT by Ufonalyzer 2/2010
The graph you see at the top of this writeup is interesting, to say the least. It shows that Close Encounters of the Third Kind (CE3) percentages of greys are rising. The date on the graph should be 1/2010, not 1/2009. As a past technical person, the Ufonalyzer really thinks this graph is so smooth and clean that it looks like a fake. Believe the Ufonalyzer when he says that the data for this graph was not cherry picked. It is only 6 data points, one for each decade from the 50’s to the present, but each data point took hours to calculate. It was totally unknown to the Ufonalyzer if the data would show a scattered bunch of nothing or if it would show a smooth trend. It shows a smooth trend.
The methodology of creating this graph will be discussed a few paragraphs from this one. Let us for the moment accept the graph as accurate and discuss its implications especially in light of other writeups that the U has done.
Ufologists have noted that in the early years of UFO awareness starting in 1947, few if any greys were sighted (see Ufonalyzer’s CE3 spreadsheet posted at http://spreadsheets.google.com/ccc?key=0Aj0F2i1zgohJdEVzNko2YWswUnVTRS0yUDF6OURDalE&hl=en ). However, they were here before 1954 as proven by the SOM1-01 April,1954 document which lists two alien species, one of which is almost certainly a grey. This document is considered by top ufologists as a real publication of the US government. Public awareness of greys started with the Betty and Barney Hill abduction story in 1961. Since then, the greys seem to be the dominant species mentioned in abduction studies. This graph now proves that they are now the dominant species in simple UFO landing CE3 cases as well, no abductions included. Wait a minute you say, that graph shows that only 30% of the modern sightings are of greys. That is hardly dominant. The answer to this is that the 70% undefined sightings definitely include greys, but in most of those cases the witness did not supply enough facts to classify the beings into any category at all. Had there been sufficient descriptions to use to classify the cases, the grey percentage would have been even higher. Even so, the trend here is correct; greys are ascendant on earth. (OR else the reports are false or inaccurate, and the alien descriptions are dominated by mass media influence which concentrates on the grey body type.) Please realize that it is the percentage of grey sightings that is rising, but the overall number of sightings, greys included, could possibly be decreasing as is suggested by another of Ufonalyzer’s graphs in his blog writeup, “UPDATES: UFO WAVES GRAPH AND CLOSE ENCOUNTERS SPREADSHEET WITH A RETRACTION OF A PREVIOUSLY MADE CLAIM” published in February, 2010.
The graph stands alone. It is not speculative. It is data driven. It is objective. It is repeatable. It bypasses other peoples’ interpretations of what is being seen because it is based on raw thumbnail sightings by ordinary citizens across the world which have been collected by UFO enthusiasts over the decades. It bears repeating that these sightings are filtered, yet false claims could easily get through the filter. Let us explain the simple methodology behind the graph numbers and leave it at that. If you read the Ufonalyzer’s blog, you must have seen the CE3 spreadsheet which lists about 300 alien close encounters starting in 1933. Another study of a separate source of encounter data was found (Albert Rosales’ website) and an identical study was made on this data about aliens. The results from the second set of data matched the results of the first; i.e. the same UFO waves have occurred and the vast number of species visiting, and the increase in the percentage of grey encounters.
Both data sources had to be filtered with severe criteria to get at the true alien sightings.* For example, if only a UFO was witnessed but no alien was observed, it was thrown out. If an alien was observed but no craft was present, it was thrown out. And so forth. The filtering was necessary to get rid of abduction cases, UFO only cases (i.e. no beings reported), werewolves, chupacabras, you name it. The filtering criteria can be viewed in Ufonalyzer’s writeup, “UPDATE: CLOSE ENCOUNTERS SPREADSHEET” published in February, 2010. Then the final data was inspected against a second set of criteria to judge whether or not the aliens observed were probably greys. This second set criteria is as follows:

Two, sometimes three, of the “Grey Criteria” were needed to be judged a possible grey, and one of them must be height.

Anyhow, after all this filtering and processing, you can see the end result on the graph.
Greys may have started to force out the other species of aliens, or there may be so many here that they dominate sighting by simple numbers, while the activities of the other species continues unabated and undiminished. Either way, the sightings of greys would rise on a percentage basis. The Ufonalyzer votes for the former (that is, force out), because total sightings appear to be diminishing as shown by Ufonalyzer’s graph in his writeup, “UPDATE: UFO WAVES GRAPH…” previously mentioned. Thus, the greys appear to be in control. This means that they are the dominant alien species on earth.
Incidentally, the phrase on the graph, "80's:Starwars Deployment" was put on the graph under a theory that Star Wars was put in place to keep aliens away from earth unless the aliens were of the type that Eisenhower allegedly made a deal with. It was anticipated that the number of UFO encounters would dramatically drop off after the deployment of this weapons system, leaving the bulk of the sightings to be the favored group, i.e. greys. It was speculated that Star Wars weapons would be outfitted with IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) modules to transpond with the favored group so as to not fire upon that group. Unfortunately, it is still too early to tell if overall UFO sightings have dropped off, but indications are that they have not dropped off. This means the theory is wrong.

Case # 97.
Location. Near Querataro, Mexico
Date: April 22 1975
Time: daytime
An extraterrestrial woman named "Lya" meets professor Hernandez in a car and drive to an isolated area (witness involved in previous encounters), they walked about 100 meters on foot there they are met by a saucer about 3 meters in diameter. Lya takes out a small handheld instrument and an opening becomes visible on the saucer, they then embark. Soon Hernandez realizes he is orbiting the earth and sees several satellites in space. The conversation is mostly about ecological concerns mainly about coming climatic changes. They mention the ozone layer, deserts, forests, etc. The aliens say that all nuclear tests must come to a complete halt. Hernandez is later brought back to his vehicle. He is told that their group was leaving earth and was going to be replaced by a more aggressive extraterrestrial race mostly responsible for forced abductions and animal mutilations. Hernandez mysteriously disappears in February 2 1984 and is never heard from again.

Case # 40.
Location. Catemaco, Mexico
Date: March 20 1993
Time: 0500A
Mr. Julio Chagala was sleeping at home when suddenly a bright blue light entered through his window and woke him up. Everything seemed to be very still and all the surroundings were enveloped in that strange blue light. Looking out the window he saw a gold colored disc shaped object about 15 meters in diameter land on a nearby field, the craft was totally silent. A hatch opened and several huge figures came out. These were about 2.50 meters in height, human like, wearing tight fitting silvery diver's outfits. They had long arms, pale complexions, large blue slanted eyes, and long golden-blond hair. The witness at this time had walked over to the craft. The visitors saluted him with a gloved hand wave and then invited him inside the craft. Once inside the witness noticed that the humanoids also had long pointed ears. He also saw numerous consoles and what appeared to be comfortable seats, he also saw a metallic table with several different instruments. One of the humanoids showed him a screen where he saw scenes of war, destruction, and ecological collapse. The craft then landed in an unknown beautiful city, filled with humans of all ages. A large golden sun illuminated the city. He was taken to a crystalline waterfall that was surrounded by beautiful colored stones. There the humanoids explained to Mr. Chagala that his destiny was that of caring and healing his fellow human beings. He was also told that the humanoids had several bases in the area that included one at the Ixtamalapan Lagoon. Chagala was also warned of a different type of humanoid that also visited earth and were the ones responsible for the reported animal mutilations. These were described by his hosts as the short large headed humanoids with huge black eyes, with four fingered hands and protruding stomachs that mostly wore tight fitting maroon outfits and traveled in small flying craft with ball landing gear. Mr. Chagala was eventually returned to his home. He reported a drastic lost of weight soon after the incident but recovered. Other locals reported low flying lighted objects over the area about the same time. Currently Mr. Chagala is a known healer that uses natural herbs and remedies.

* The first 3 bars on the graph used data from the Ufonalyzer’s spreadsheet of ~300 Close Encounters, and the second 3 bars used data from Albert Rosales’ website. The Rosales data could also have sourced data for the first 3 graph bars, but that would have required going back through 30 years of these sightings (thousands). Having read through them once looking for other sighting data, it was too much work to go back through them to collect alien physical data. It was easier to use the spreadsheet data instead.

One of the problematic areas of studying UFOs is judging information that has come from popular sources who have been found to be lying in some of their stories. Does this mean that ALL of the information that they have ever provided on the subject of UFOs is false or is it just some of their information? One of these people is George Adamski who made some simply ludicrous claims about UFOs, yet he does have at least a few stories which were witnessed by several people who have signed affadavits as tto their veracity. Even Timothy Good has professed his belief in some of Adamski’s stories. The Ufonalyzer has his own opinion on why some people may originally start out with some great and truthful stories, and then down the line start lying about things. This is to keep the ball rolling, make more money, and extend their 15 minutes of fame. Or whatever. The bottom line is that it takes a lot of effort just to decide which of their stories is fake and which is real.
One of the many side trips and anomalies of the UFO world is element 115. The story of element 115 has been an intriguing one for 20 years. The recent announcement in July, 2009, that Element 112 has just received the name Copernicium in honor of Copernicus promted the U to jump into the superheavy element subject area. Element 115 became a popular topic in the UFO world after Bob Lazar claimed in 1989 that it comprised the heart of the UFO propulsion system. He claims that now the Us Gov’t now has 500 pounds of it somewhere, presumably recovered from various UFO crashes. The Ufonalyzer does not believe what Lazar has claimed about element 115, but kudos to Mr. Lazar for coming up with a story that is so intriguing and for even being aware in 1989 that superheavy elements yet undiscovered may indeed have an “island of stability” as they say in this field. The nuclear scientist Glen Seaborg postulated the island of stability while serving a chairman of the AEC from 1961-71. Then in 1969, a research paper [1] performed calculations that that took stability predictive analysis to Z = 114 (the number of protons in the superheavy element), with the best stability at Z = 110 , N = 184. (N is the number of neutrons in the element.) Before we dismiss Mr. Lazar, let us admit the guy is intelligent and creative and he did indeed work at area 51 for a short time. He may have been given the job titles he has claimed (physicist, electrical engineer) due to having been recognized as an undegreed, raw, natural talent. Furthermore, it is pretty obvious that the govt has erased some of his records, so this means that he does have an important or at least secret story to tell. Also, the videos taken from a distance of test flights at Area 51 on the exact schedule that Mr Lazar predicted go a long way toward proving that “being employed at Area 51”part of his story is true. Unfortunately the obvious evasions and lies about his education really detract from his story. The U could care less about the prostitution stuff that his detractors usually use to discredit him. That stuff is irrelevant to UFOs (although others would argue that that reflects on his character). One galling thing about his claims is that he says that the equipment provided to him to use in his investigation was an oscilloscope and a digital voltmeter. If that was the case, then how in the world could he have reached the astounding conclusions about gravity amplifiers, the nuclear strong force “leaking” past the outer boundary of element 115 and then distorting gravity nearby to be available then to be amplified by those doggone gravity amplifiers, the decay of Element 116 (created from 115) which releases an antimatter particle, super efficient thermal generators, and such. I suppose that if you found some 115, you could measure its volume and then weigh it to determine its density, but how could you draw some of his other conclusions with only a voltmeter and oscilloscope? None of this adds up, so it is very doubtful that Mr. Lazar has told the truth about element 115.
It is a fact that physicists predict a possible island of stability starting at about element ? and lasting to possibly element ? (“Element ? means that the nucleus contains ? protons.) Thiose same physicists also hypothesize that another second such island of stability could also exist at around ??, but since we can hardly build an atom that lands within the first island of stability, let’s forget about the second one.
“The calculations are extended to the predicted superheavy region around Z = 114 and N = 184. The total overall stability with respect to alpha and beta decay, and spontaneous fission is found to be most favorable in the vicinity of Z = 110 and N = 184. Detailed diagrams and tables are exhibited.

HUGE UFOS NEAR THE SUN by Ufonalzyer 1/29/2010
On January 25, 2010, the Ufonalyzer saw the video at the following location for the first time. Location: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8POHkMQg0Dw
This video made a big impression to say the least.
The first thing to do was to confirm the size of these apparent objects to corroborate that they are earth size. On the Ufonalzyer’s monitor, he looked at the arc of the sun’s surface, and extrapolated it to be about 15”, and then he measured the diameter of one of the “objects”. It was 3/16”. The diameter of the sun is 870,000 miles. Using simple grade school arithmetic, the object calculated out to be 10,000 to 11,000 miles diameter, which is close enough to the earth’s 8,000 miles to validate the claim that these are indeed earth size.
The second thing was to do a search of the internet to see if this has been seen before. What was found is at the Jeff Rense website which shows what looks like the same object near the sun within its corona. This is dated September 29, 2000, and is at: http://www.cyberspaceorbit.com/behemoth.htm
If this object from 2000 is the same as the recent object(s), it helps confirm that maybe these are real objects and not photographic and computer processing artifact defects. Notice on the 2000 image, there is a circular area around the object. The Ufonalzyer believes this could be a magnetic field which is protecting the object somewhat from the solar wind particles that are blasting by it. Some of the wind is going over the top of the object too, so that is why it looks like the wind is getting past its (hypothesized) magnetic field.
The third thing was to calculate the period of revolution around the sun under the assumption that it is a natural body orbiting the sun. Seeing as how they (the word “they” is used because there appears to be at least 4 of these things) are within the corona of the sun, an estimate of coronal size was made to be half the diameter of the sun, which is 435,000 miles, so these objects are roughly twice as far from the sun’s surface as the moon is from earth. They are about 870,000 miles from the sun’s center of gravity. Using these estimates, these objects should have a 3.27 day orbit around the sun, give or take. If it can be confirmed that the orbit is about this magnitude, it would go a long way toward confirming that these are natural, passive objects orbiting the sun.
There are big problems with this, however. First, the temperature of the corona is about one million degrees, These objects should have melted or vaporized a long time ago assuming they are made out of normal materials. {UPDATE: 8/29/2010: On a very recent "Universe" tv show on the History Channel, the Ufonalyzer learned that the corona's temperature can be withstood. In fact, we are readying a satellite with a good heat shield which will be sent into the corona. The explanation given is that although the particles in the corona are very high velocity, indicating a high heat reading, there are so relatively few of them that the the effect of these hot particles in not great. Therefore, even mankind can create objects that can withstand the corona.} Or else our coronal temperature measurements are wrong. Or else they are not natural. Second, there are several of these objects in pretty close orbits, so why haven’t they collided by now if natural? Third, the solar wind should have contributed so much frictional loss to the objects’ kinetic energy, that they would have plunged into the sun eons ago.
The Ufonalyzer just saw a posting on the internet that NASA has removed these images. Yikes! The idea of an earth sized UFO is almost inconceivable. And if they exist, why are they so close to the sun? Are they hiding? Come on, NASA. Earn that $17 billion budget of yours.

In a couple of the Ufonalzer’s other writeups, he provides evidence that logically suggests the existence of a Galactic Federation. An organization such as a Federation obviously has members, and they participate in whatever advantages such membership provides. They are the insiders. The theory that a Federation exists also implies that there would be planets who are not members. So there probably are insiders and outsiders in whatever region of space the Federation occupies. Outsiders can be in in physical conflict with the Federation members.
Stories can be found in ufology that describe alien conflict. Some of these stories are several hundred years old. We have all seen UFO specials on TV which invariably mention the conflicts of 1561 above Nuremberg, Germany and 1566 above Basel, Switzerland. The Ufonalyzer just learned of another very old story which describes an aerial battle related by Jesuit missionary Alonso Ovalle, 1603-1651, in his “Historica Relacion del Reino de Chile” 1646. This account is now reproduced in a new book by Juan Guillermo Prado and Luis Altamirano, entitled, “Historia de la Ufologia en Chile”. The battle occurred near Villarica volcano.These books are on order through the local Inter Library Loan system, so if one of them is obtained (which is doubtful), this article will be updated with a description of that ancient event. Then, too, are the very old battles described in India’s Ramayana and Mahabarata. One can only wonder if these aliens in conflict are fighting over some old grudge or are fighting over earth. Given that just about everything has changed radically on earth in the last 500 years since these fights were first witnessed, the nod has to be given to this being an old war that has nothing to do with us, unless they happen to be fighting over some natural resource that earth has that they all want.
But this writeup intends to deal with more current evidence of the continuing hostilities because evidence says that they are continuing. “I watched the falling object and it disappeared at low altitude behind a small hill between my neighborhood and the lake. I look up and see the triangular object make a small circle in the sky and then come a little lower and then I see it start to hurtle towards the sky at a fast rate.
“Then the long thing reappears from behind the hill. It’s no longer on fire and it’s ascending at breakneck speed and it gets higher going after the triangle-shaped object. I see the long thing literally shoot something at the triangle object and then a very loud bang and then the triangular craft was no longer visible. The long thing started to search the sky. It was going north, the south, then east and west – very quickly, almost like a hummingbird when it goes side-to-side.
“Then the object disappeared and I suppose its departure broke the sound barrier because immediately I heard that sonic boom when the sound barrier is broken. After my many years of watching the skies, I finally saw what seemed like two E. T.s duking it out.”
Fifteen minutes later at 11 PM, another eyewitness of warring UFOs in Westbank near Kelowna also saw a flaming object splash into Lake Okanagan and from there, rose back out of the water chasing after another aerial object in the sky. It is assumed that the eyewitnesses were watching the same astounding event, but estimated the two different times of 10:45 and 11 PM.
A woman walking her dog said that it looked like a “torpedo on fire crashed into the lake and created a big splash of water.” She also heard a loud, base “womp, womp, womp” sound as the fiery torpedo came down. That woman emailed Brian Vike of Houston, British Columbia UFO Research and she wrote: “I don’t know what happened last night, but it was the most frightening, incredible and down right terrifying thing I have ever seen.” She described the fiery torpedo - that the other person called “long” – falling into the lake and then explained, “it, or something, came literally shooting back out of the water and I saw it hurtle towards a different-looking object very high in the sky.” The woman said the higher object she saw looked cone-shaped. In her email, she wrote: “I saw what looked like you see in a Star Wars movie and they have bullets or lasers that are kind of blasting out of things (that were) coming from that torpedo-object that was in the lake and I heard a loud bang that knocked me off my feet. I looked up to see what the heck was going on and the cone-shaped object was gone and the torpedo-shaped craft was just hovering, moving from side-to-side, almost like it was confused. Terrified both witnesses ran and hid behind some bushes, the whole time keeping their eyes on the object. They could see that the craft was really hovering at about 3 meters from the ground, illuminating its surroundings like daytime. The craft did not have windows, doors or openings; it was completely smooth and was encased in a bright bluish glow. Despite his girlfriend's loud objections Andres approached to within 200 meters of the craft and hid behind a pile of rocks near the bonfire in order to obtain a better look at the strange craft. After about 20 minutes an opening became visible on the craft that still floated close to the ground, from the opening a small ladder-like protrusion dropped to the ground. Two short humanoid creatures then climbed down to the ground from inside the object, these had child-like bodies, very pale features, huge heads, but the witnesses could not see their facial features due to the glaring blue light around the craft. The two humanoids looked around and seemed to talk among themselves, soon 3 more similar creatures emerged from the craft. The group walked around the area near the object as if looking for something. Moments later the witness watched another bright light descending from the sky. The glare now gone the witnesses saw three figures come out of the sphere. These were described as taller, human-like, wearing transparent glass-like helmets, and very tight-fitting black jumpsuits. These aliens ran in the direction of the shorter humanoids, which were still stunned and appeared confused. Three of the short humanoids managed to enter their craft, but two were unable to and remained behind to confront the other three apparently threatening aliens. The stunned witnesses watched as a brief but violent struggle ensued. On September 16, six circular, silver, flying saucers ganged up and fought a seventh, golden saucer, in full view of the residents of the town and surrounding areas. Hundreds of witnesses watched the gang of six chase the golden saucer out of a cloud bank. All of the saucers made unbelievable maneuvers during this dog fight, and at times, the UFOs flew as low as 5,000 feet. The weapon of choice was a strong beam of light or energy fired at and from the escaping golden UFO. According to the RUFORS Internet newsletter, an account of this event was published in the local newspaper, "Semipalatinsk." According to this report, written by a Russian helicopter commander in the Afghan war, the energy emitted during this battle shut down the local power grid in Zaostrovka, plunging the city into total darkness for a time. The author, named Sichenko, interviewed witnesses of the event, publishing many of their fantastic accounts of the events that day. The witnesses claimed that the outnumbered golden UFO finally was defeated, losing altitude due to the continued hits by the energy beams. The failing saucer at first seemed to be attempting to make a controlled landing, but eventually it lost control, disappearing from view behind a house as it plunged to the ground. The six assaulting saucers soon disappeared from view, heading into the clouds.
Subbotin discovered that the lost saucer had crashed into a bog on a military test rangeThis area was “offflimits" to the general public. It would be about a year before he and accompanying researchers could reach the site of the crash, but by that time, the area was clean, free of any trace of a crashed vehicle. Subbotin would learn that a military team had descended on the boggy area, and conducted a full search and rescue operation. There were reported injuries during this operation. Russian Ufologist Emil Bachurin was able to see medical files which confirmed details of injuries to military personnel involved in the mission. It would be reported that several members of the search and rescue team had leaked information about the operation, but their breach of confidence was discovered, and security was made even tighter.
Also, an airplane attempting to fly over the area and gather details about the crash had to abort its mission because of instrument malfunction.

The closest habitable place was the tiny Evenkian village of Murukta. Several months after the crash the UFO was accidentally located from the air. The military was notified. An-12 reconnaissance airplane was dispatched to check and the crew reported seeing a metallic object imbedded into the taiga, reflecting the sun. The military dispatched a special team of experts to the crash site by helicopter and organized a retrieval operation. The crashed object was cylinder shaped approximately 10 meters long and 2.5-3 meters in diameter. The craft was split open by an explosion and separated into two fragments, with lacerated edges. The larger fragment was retrieved. It was burnt and melted from the inside obviously by intense heat of some alien weapon used against it. Very few of its inner structure remained. The craft was metallic silver, having 2 small horizontal protrusions along its hull on the sides on its front part. The recovered fragment was about 5 meters long. As was established, the craft was piloted, but what remained of the crew was only ash and slag. But even those remains of the alien biological payload were intensively studied in governmental Soviet laboratories. The fragment was suspended under a helicopter and most likely moved to the Norilsk aerodrome. The whole operation was under the aegis of Kazakhstan based mobile airborne units of military space forces that had extensive experience and trained for rescue and evacuation of Soviet space vehicles. From Norilsk in order to provide proper secrecy, it was reportedly transported inside a military cargo airplane to Leninsk airbase in the isolated Tura-Tam (Baykonur) NIIP-5 range in Kazakhstan, where it was hidden in an underground bunker. According to the information it is still being kept there in an agreement between Russian and Kazakh governments. The metal alloy and remaining chemical compounds of the craft were studied in several different labs.

In a couple of the Ufonalzer’s other writeups, he provides evidence that logically suggests the existence of a Galactic Federation. An organization such as a Federation obviously has members, and they participate in whatever advantages such membership provides. They are the insiders. The theory that a Federation exists also implies that there would be planets who are not members. So there probably are insiders and outsiders in whatever region of space the Federation occupies. Outsiders can be in in physical conflict with the Federation members.
Stories can be found in ufology that describe alien conflict. Some of these stories are several hundred years old. We have all seen UFO specials on TV which invariably mention the conflicts of 1561 above Nuremberg, Germany and 1566 above Basel, Switzerland. The Ufonalyzer just learned of another very old story which describes an aerial battle related by Jesuit missionary Alonso Ovalle, 1603-1651, in his “Historica Relacion del Reino de Chile” 1646. This account is now reproduced in a new book by Juan Guillermo Prado and Luis Altamirano, entitled, “Historia de la Ufologia en Chile”. The battle occurred near Villarica volcano.These books are on order through the local Inter Library Loan system, so if one of them is obtained (which is doubtful), this article will be updated with a description of that ancient event. Then, too, are the very old battles described in India’s Ramayana and Mahabarata. One can only wonder if these aliens in conflict are fighting over some old grudge or are fighting over earth. Given that just about everything has changed radically on earth in the last 500 years since these fights were first witnessed, the nod has to be given to this being an old war that has nothing to do with us, unless they happen to be fighting over some natural resource that earth has that they all want.

The craft was metallic silver, having 2 small horizontal protrusions along its hull on the sides on its front part. The recovered fragment was about 5 meters long. As was established, the craft was piloted, but what remained of the crew was only ash and slag. But even those remains of the alien biological payload were intensively studied in governmental Soviet laboratories. The fragment was suspended under a helicopter and most likely moved to the Norilsk aerodrome. The whole operation was under the aegis of Kazakhstan based mobile airborne units of military space forces that had extensive experience and trained for rescue and evacuation of Soviet space vehicles. From Norilsk in order to provide proper secrecy, it was reportedly transported inside a military cargo airplane to Leninsk airbase in the isolated Tura-Tam (Baykonur) NIIP-5 range in Kazakhstan, where it was hidden in an underground bunker. According to the information it is still being kept there in an agreement between Russian and Kazakh governments. The metal alloy and remaining chemical compounds of the craft were studied in several different labs.

The following spreadsheet was derived using the unfiltered data from Albert Rosales’ website located at: http://www.ufoinfo.com/humanoid/index.shtml
A keyword search was made for the words “emblem” and “insignia” on over 9000 unfiltered thumbnail case descriptions. These 42 hits are what came out plus one more from Linda Moulton Howe's website, "Earthfiles", not including another 10 or so which gave no physical description whatsoever of the insignia.
Why do this at all? Maybe there’s a common insignia which would pop out. Second, using amateur psychology, maybe we can extract another drop of understanding of the situation in the galaxy. This writer is unaware of this ever having been done, so why not give it a try?
One of the first things to notice is that there are only 12 insignias described on the crafts themselves, while the rest are on the aliens’ clothing. If on the craft, the insignia is probably a planetary or local star federation symbol, much like a flag in function. If on the alien body, it could mean the same as on the craft, but additionally it could mean a faction or work group of a planet.
A second thing to notice is that most of the insignias show a stylized, artistic sense never before described in alien sighting literature, but there it is right in front of us, providing of course the sighting is true. Recall that these are unfiltered sightings being used here. There is no sense in trying to decode the abstract meaning of the emblem, because that cannot even be done for emblems used here on earth, so alien emblems would be impossible to figure out what the underlying symbology of the emblem is.
A third thing to consider is this: the emblems show that despite the secrecy that aliens always show to humanity while on their earth missions, there is still a need while on the mission to visually identify themselves. To whom? It has to be other aliens of the same or different species. Therefore, interaction does occur on these missions.
Now let us look at the few very similarly described insignias.

These two cases had no commonality.

Vanishing UFOs? A Phoenix Lights UFO?

Many good visual UFO sightings end when the UFO vanishes. It takes only an instant and suddenly it is gone from view. Consider the following case.
Mr and Mrs X were on their front porch in Chino Valley, Arizona around March, 1997. It was spring, early evening, getting dark, and a clear sky. Their porch faced west. The neighborhood was sparsely settled, with houses every few acres. Suddenly above their house right in front of them a large UFO appeared. It was a huge, oval shape object which suddenly was just there. It was totally silent and its sudden appearance was also silent. It was black in color, but the evening sky still was light enough to allow viewing it as a structured object, but it was too dark out to see if it had rivets or seams. They viewed it for about 2 minutes. Mr. X said, “It was three times bigger than a blimp.” Mr. X, currently age 60, has flown on a blimp, so he is familiar with how large they can be. When most people compare something to a blimp, they usually mean the Goodyear blimp even though many blimps are much smaller. The Goodyear blimp is 192 feet long, so 3 times bigger could mean almost 600 feet. It had two rows of lights or windows one above the other of about 15-20 windows per row. In addition, it had lights on the bottom. They could not make a more quantitative estimate of its dimensions, height, or distance. They stared at the hovering object for about 2 minutes after which it disappeared instantly. They did not report their sighting. The Ufonalyzer made a search to see if someone else reported this sighting, and no reference was found. Mr and Mrs X, however, claimed that it was on the news from Tucson to back east. However, the only Chino Valley sighting with wide news coverage was the the Phoenix Lights sighting in 1997 (not the alleged flares, but the boomerang shape that occurred a few hours before the flares.) It is possible that their sighting is totally independent of the Phoenix Lights which may have occurred within a few days of their own (meaning their memories incorrectly combined their sighting with the news of the Phoenix Lights) OR their sighting actually occurred on March 13, 1997 and is a previously unknown part of the Phoenix Lights famous sighting. Chino Valley was the second northernmost town in AZ that reported the boomerang object (Paulden being the farthest north, 10 miles farther), but no one has ever reported a huge oval UFO as part of that famous sighting. It is a mystery. Either way, their sighting is a completely unknown one to this time.
The above sketch of the UFO was done by Mrs X in about 20 seconds. Mr. and Mrs. X are hard working, solid citizens and are not wild eyed crazy nuts. They have no reason whatsoever to have invented this story. They are personally known to the Ufonalzyer.
Four theories exist for what might be occurring with vanishing UFOs:
1. TOOK OFF TOO FAST TO SEE
The oldest theory is that the UFO takes off so fast that the human eye just can’t follow it. Paul R. Hill, author of “Unconventional Flying Objects”, was a proponent of that theory. UFOs have been tracked at well over 10,000 mph in our atmosphere, but whether or not they can accelerate in milliseconds so as to fool the human eye into believing they vanished is another thing altogether. A bullet coming out of a gun could be going about 1800 mph and it can’t be seen; everything seems instantaneous. However, if that bullet were a tracer bullet and the observer was somewhat behind the shooter or far away from the shooter, the observer and the shooter can see the (lit up) bullet traveling. Even a non illuminated bullet could be seen at conventional gun velocities if it were, say, as big as a car or even a basketball. A UFO is a pretty large machine and it is generally observed from a distance. Thus it probably could be seen to fly away even it it instantly accelerated to thousands of miles an hour.
Let’s do some estimates. The average diameter of the average sighted UFO is only about 15 feet. Most people think it’s about 40-50 feet, but please see Ufonalyzer’s writeup “Analysis of Historical Alien Close Encounters.” The human reaction time for a visual stimulus is an average of 20-40 milliseconds, so we will use 30 msec. (This is the time it takes for the nerve impulse to get to the brain from the eye and for the brain to notice the movement, and is NOT the time for muscles to react which would be on the order of 200 msec.) The human eye macula (the part of the eye that provides the clear vision area, as opposed to your peripheral vision) subtends an angle of about 16.7 degrees, average. Let’s further assume you are watching a UFO at a quarter mile distance. Let us further assume the impossible that the UFO instantly achieves its full speed from a standstill. How fast would that UFO have to move from a standstill for it to get out of your macula’s field of view within 30 milliseconds? Doing the math, one finds that the macula subtends an arc of 192 feet at a quarter mile. But because the UFO is centered in your vision, the UFO need only move 96 feet to be at the edge of your visual detection. If it moves 96 feet in 30 msec, then it’s traveling 2182 miles per hour. If the UFO were one half mile away, then the speed below which you could discern its travel away from you in a lateral direction would be 4364 mph. At a higher speed than that, it would look like it vanished. But here is a big BUT. BUT, human vision for detecting movement is even more acute outside of the macular area. We have all heard this and it’s true. This means that a human could detect that the UFO traveled away at an even faster speed than 2182 mph instead of vanishing because he would still be able to detect its movement over a wider arc as defined by his peripheral vision. Furthermore, the Ufonalyzer does not believe that UFOs can achieve instant final velocity with zero acceleration time. If this is the case, then the average velocity of the UFO in its first 30 milliseconds of acceleration would mean that the takeoff of the UFO from your field of vision is even more noticeable. This means that even if the quarter mile distant UFO were to achieve a final speed well over 2182, say, 20000 or 30000 miles an hour, once it really gets going, if its average speed within that 1st 30 milliseconds stays below 2182, you should still detect that it flew away, and that it did not vanish. Furthermore, when UFOs generally are seen to accelerate rapidly from a standstill, they often change color as their propulsion system “powers up” immediately prior to leaving or it may exhibit pre-acceleration tilt before it takes off. The vanishing UFOs don’t exhibit either of these traits.
2. ENTERED WORMHOLE, ANOTHER DIMENSION, OR DEMATERIALIZED
Another theory is that the UFO enters another dimension, or goes into a wormhole, or enters “warp speed” mode of operation. This is how many people believe they got here because these hypothetical means of travel avoid the long slower than light voyages between stars. (A variation on these ideas is that the UFO dematerialized. The few UFO cases that have observed this say that a misty area slowly builds around the UFO and it then starts to lose visual clarity. This continues until the mist and visual clarity dissipates into nothingness. The reverse of this process is when the UFO first appears. The process takes several seconds. In this case, the Ufonalyzer believes that what you see is really what is happening: some UFOs have a mode of travel in which its atoms dissociate somehow and coalesce somewhere else.) One of these methods could very well be the means that UFOs use to go between stars. This means, however, might not be very safe to use so close to earth, or it may take large machinery to achieve it, hence the aliens’ use of motherships. After all, if it were easy or safe to use near earth, it would be used most of the time, yet it is not. The vast majority of sightings are of continuously traveling, moving UFOs, and not discontinuously traveling, vanishing, jumping UFOs. Another thing to consider is this: the dimensional and warp speed methods would be so fast as to leave a “hole” in our atmosphere. UFOs do control the atmosphere around them which prevents air friction and this also prevents sonic booms, but both of these features depend on the presence of the UFO to control its surroundings. When or if the UFO vanishes into another dimension, it just suddenly is not there anymore. The vanishing act would leave a vacuum hole in our atmosphere which would rapidly fill with inrushing air from all directions. When the air meets, one should expect to hear a loud pop or crack. It would be like breaking a UFO size light bulb. No one has reported this noise.
3. PROJECT BLUEBEAM
is an alleged project by the government to project huge holograms into the sky. This capability could be used for diversions in time of war or mass propaganda. Simply turning off the holographic projector will cause the image to vanish. It is doubtful that the Chino Valley sighting was a hologram because there would be no reason whatsoever to project a UFO over Chino Valley.
4. USED CLOAKING DEVICE
A fourth theory is that the UFO simply turns on its cloaking capability. This hypothesis for vanishing UFOs avoids the negatives of the other three hypotheses. UFOs seem to be cloaking themselves more these days than in the early UFO years of sightings. They can turn on either radar or visual invisibility separately. This writeup deals solely with visual invisibility. As you know, other UFOs have been videoed with a dual camera simultaneously in both the visible light spectrum and infrared with the result being that the UFO was visible in the infrared light video but invisible in the normal light video. This capability hints at the complete command of photon physics that aliens possess. This theory, by the way, is the one preferred by the Ufonalyzer.
